HSTL系列脱硫泵是我公司自行研制开发的单级、单吸卧式离心泵，主要用于火力发电厂烟气脱硫吸收塔中科浆的循环输送，具有使用安全可靠，维修方便，使用寿命长，运行成本低等优点。
HSTL Series desulphurization pumps are single stage,single suction,horizontal and centrifugal pumps which are developed and manufactured by KunTeng group.They are mainly used to handle slurry with smoke in absorption tower of electric power station.They are featured by large flow quality,high working efficiency.Besides this,they hove reliable performance and long service life. 型号意义TYPE NOTATION 技术特点：
1、HSTL系脱硫泵在设计中采用先进的设计方法，使泵具有运行安全可靠，效率高和使用寿命长等优点。
2、HSTL系脱硫泵转子设有轴向调整结构，可使叶轮口环的轴向间隙至最小（约0.5mm），使泵处于高效运行状态。
3、脱硫泵端轴承采用中宽圆柱滚子轴承，只承受前端径向负荷：后端（泵尾端）采用窄型圆柱滚子轴承，只承受尾端径向负荷：而泵的轴向力则采用了SKF四点接触球轴承（装在尾端）来承受。
这三种轴承均为纯滚动轴承（消除了圆锥棍子轴承中滚体大端端面与内座圈挡肩端面的滑动摩擦和同时承受着前端径向负荷与泵的轴向力而使轴承温度高的弊端），且各司其职，因此，可大幅度降低轴承温度，提高轴承使用寿命。
4、托架采用水平中开式，易于清洗检修轴承，另外，该托架具有较大储油池，并规定采用清洁的"L-Fc-46 "号轴承油，这在一定程度上也起到了降低轴承温度，提高使用寿命的作用。
5、轴承压盖上设置了疏通式迷宫密封，保证了轴承组件不会发生漏油。
6、机械密封是根据脱硫泵的结构特点，制造精度，料浆特性和使用特点专门为脱硫泵设计的集装式机械密封，它具有可靠性高，使用寿命长等优点。
7、脱硫泵设计成后拆式结构。结构简单，维修方便，无需拆卸泵进出水管路。
8、脱硫泵过流件采用了完全适合于脱硫料浆特性的新型的耐磨蚀耐磨铸铁，提高了泵的使用寿命。 FEATURES：
1、lt adopts the advianced design method in the design process to guarantee the reliable performance,high efficiency and long service life of hte pumps.
2、lt is designed with axial adjustment system which can adjust the axial clearance of the impeller ring to minimum size(about 0.5mm).So the pump can run on the status of high efficiency.
3、End bearing adopts middle-wide column roller bearing which bears front radial load only;back end of pump adopts narrow column roller beaning which bears end radial load only;axial force is supported by SKF4 points contact ball bearing .All these tehree types of bearings are pure rolling bearing which can avcid the problems that caused by tapered roller bearing.It can decrease the bearing"s temperature to prolong the service life of bearings.
4、Bracket adopts horizontal split type.It is easy to wash,examine and repair.Also,it has a biglil pool.And it should be temperature and prolong the service of the bearings.
5、Bearing cap is designed with labyrinth seal to prevent the oil from leakage.
6、Mechanical seal is designed according to the structure characteristic of desulphurization pump,manufacturingaccuracy,slurry characteristic ang the application characteristic.It is cartridge mechanicla seal.It has good performance,long service life.Also it meeds no water to wash.
7、The pumps are designed with rear-assemblage structure system.They are featured by easy structure and it is easy to repair.
8、The flow parts are made of corrosive-resistant and abrasion-resistant cast iron which can prolong the service kife of the pump.
